What are these codes? Transfer ID is a random tracking number created just for this transfer. It keeps your message and any uploaded files linked together as one package. Channel fingerprint is a SHA-256 hash — a math function that turns the details of this transfer into a fixed-length code. Change even one character of the input and the code comes out completely different, so it works like a tamper seal. The note at the bottom means your files are scrambled while stored (AES-256) and while they travel over the internet (TLS).
